The lady I spoke to I thought was going to help us initially but she actually never came through. Tried to schedule to meet with her on many occasions and she came up with a reason every time to cancel on us. Don’t tell people you’re going to meet or tell us that you’re going to get a coworker to meet and then not do it! Thats unprofessional and uncaring. Despite being told that my Aunt was to be discharged with follow up care arrangements made, she was discharged without having care in place and I was forced to fly into town to organize her care directly. At the same time, my frail Uncle was discharged and was diagnosed with cancer three weeks later.
