We've been going to 3 trails for 16 years. We started when it was John Vet. We love the vets and the employees and the care they give. I do know for a fact they are much more expensive than other vets in town and the mandatory appointments can really be inconvenient. During our last visit, our dog died maybe and hour after we brought her in. We were expecting it, she was old. That's the issue. I scheduled a grooming apointment for my dog almost two weeks ago. I sent my husband off to work with the dog, only someone didn't enter the information into the system correctly and my husband was sent away. Now his options are either to go into work late, or drive around with the dog in the car. Highly disappointed with the experience.
