We went for brunch on Easter-endless Mimosas that were delish and strong!! Well worth the $18. We got the onion rings and they were HUGE!! & great! Sister got the chicken eggs Benedict and I got the roast beef eggs Benedict-both came with a side and huge portion-we both eat a little less than half and took the rest home-my sister treated me for Easter & was amazed that our total bill (with her also getting a Martini) was under $100! Our server seemed to be “serving” as bartender as well so service was a tiny bit slow but we ... read more

Business response:

Cheryl, sounds like you and your sister did Easter at Tibby’s the right way. Strong endless mimosas, huge onion rings, big Benedict plates with leftovers, live music, and still keeping the bill under $100 is a pretty solid day. I appreciate the grace on the service too, especially with your server juggling the bar. Glad you made your way back in. Come see us again for Brunch on Bourbon—live music, bottomless mimosas, and New Orleans classics always make for a good return visit. 💜💚💛

Went for Sunday Jazz Brunch. Food was good, service was good and the music was good. Had a great time. Small problem with one meal and it was remade AND comped! Over and above!

Business response:

Rajpal, glad Tibby’s came through for you on brunch day. Good food, good service, good music, and a team that made things right when one plate was off—that’s exactly how it should feel. Really appreciate you noticing that. Come back for Brunch on Bourbon sometime—live music, bottomless mimosas, and New Orleans classics always make for a good Sunday. 💜💚💛

We had a great experience at Tibbys! The service was excellent. Our server took really great care of us and made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious as always, which is why we keep coming back. We also really appreciate that a manager still takes the time to check in on guests, it makes the experience feel more personal.

Business response:

Diane, hearing that you keep coming back to Tibby’s says a lot. We showed up 10 minutes early and we were told it would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later, after watching several people be told there was some issue with the Kitchen, i asked the hostess to explain. She said the kitchen was behind and had put a hold on seating anyone. When I asked how long that could be she said 15-45 minutes was her best guess. We decided to leave and went to our car. We were trying to figure out where to go when we got a notice through Open Table that our table was ready. We went back in and were seated.... read more

Business response:

Ken, I’m sorry the start of your visit was so frustrating, and I appreciate you giving Tibby’s a try anyway. I’m glad Mary took good care of you once you were seated, but I hate that the wait and the issue with your wife’s meal put a cloud over the whole experience. Thanks for taking the time to lay it out. If you ever decide to give us another shot, Easter Sunday Jazz Brunch is coming up with live music, bottomless mimosas, and New Orleans classics. 💜💚💛

Definitely worth a visit. The place is super cute. The fry coating is good without being overly spicy. Hubby liked the crawfish pie but said the best thing was the etouffee. I had shrimp and grits, which if you had a perfect bite of everything, was good but individually the shrimp and the grots were lacking flavor. Id go back, but wouldn't order that again; quite frankly, mine is better

Business response:

Sharon, thank you for the honest feedback, and I’m sorry the shrimp and grits missed the mark for you at Tibby’s. We appreciate you calling out what you enjoyed too, especially the crawfish pie, étouffée, and the fry coating. Hope we get another chance.

The whole space transforms you to the French quarter. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Awesome New Orleans Zydeco music in the background. Will definitely be back for the Po’Boys!

Business response:

Ederson, thank you for this. I love hearing Tibby’s gave you that French Quarter feeling from the second you walked in. Glad the team made an impression too, and that the Zydeco music and the whole room came together the right way. We’ll be ready for you when you come back for those po’boys. 💜💚💛
