She holds the gate even after u pay she chooses which car goes next if they pay more! Very unprofessional! And the wash was bad too My Lexus is scratched up! I just had a horrible time at the Orange Park location. Apparently a lot of full size trucks have there bug shields broken. I understand liability and they can't be held responsible. However, the way she was talking it was a normal thing, and that is not right. If it is a regular problem you need to tell people.
Just had car washed and the gentleman that spoke to us was quite rude. When we asked about having our antenna removed before wash he very rudely said we needed to do that beforehand.
