I think Tiffany was incredibly busy during our closing, but she definitely missed some opportunities to communicate to use that our closing date was delayed for a week, which caused us some frustration when trying to roll utilities over and have things delivered to our new home...and then it got delayed again for a day...and then again for a day and, if we didn't call her, we wouldn't have known what was going on. I don't think it was all her fault at all, but the communication piece was missing
