Your staff were nice but I don’t think your Dr. Clay was very thorough. She didn’t really exam closely my concerns about areas on my face nor did she give an explanation other than “oh that’s nothing “. I am used to doctors in the past explaining what everything is, what causes it, and even taking a magnifying glass and looking closer. The doctor appeared young so I believe there’s room for improvement, but she needs to express more interest in her patients’ concerns or she might miss something important.
