Customer service is not part of his priorities. They took two years to even start working on my case and had to ask for extensions. He was always to busy to meet. He went through many good attorneys that would not stay with his firm. Thankfully I have found a good attorney through Falcon Law Office whose works much more efficiently and has time for his clients. I would not recommend Tijerina Legal Firm to anyone.

After 15 months the issue with my claim is still not resolved. I have only spoken to Mr. Tijerina once. There has been a severe lack of communication. I keep been given the run around. Please find another competent lawyer, I only wish u had done more research
