As a self employed carpenter and Army veteran I wasn't sure how the home buying process was going to go for me. Tim Barr is also a veteran and has used the VA home loan for his own house and was very familiar with the process. He walked me through it step by step and was always prompt with responding to emails, texts and phone calls. Tim was a huge help in securing and closing my homes on the Cape. Unlike other banks and brokers, he was super responsive on a pinch and even available on weekends and holidays when the timing was critical. I definitely recommend working with him to buy or refinance your home.
