Tim Eickhoff was a godsend! Our previous lender situation got really messy right before we were supposed to close and it could have cost us our house. Our previous lender cared enough to remedy the situation though and very wisely sent us to Tim. Tim had everything fixed within a week and we couldn't be happier with his service. He is on top of things and communicates very well. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
