We haven't applied for a mortgage in over 15 years. VanDyk Mortgage walked us through every aspect of our application. Everyone we communicated with at VanDyk was always ready to assist and help us. We mainly dealt with Karen, John and Joanne who seemed to take it personally that they get us approved quickly! We would recommend and use them again.

We primarily worked with 3 employees, they were always available when we called or if they weren’t they called us back the same day. At one point we were having difficulty uploading a few documents & Jonathan helped us out immensely. I would highly recommend VanDyke Mortgage.
