I went to Tim Short Dodge with a specific budget in mind, but wasn't set on a vehicle. Rick Rigsby helped me pick out my new Kia Soul and I love it! They worked with me and got me as close as possible to my budget. I had a great experience with Jenn at Tim Short! I was looking for a specific Chrysler Pacifica and found one online @ Tim Short (even though it was 3+ hours away from my house in TN). Jenn answered all of my questions over the phone and worked with me to secure a deposit on the vehicle before I made the trip up to test drive and purchase. I was thrilled to leave there that day with my new car.
