We had a great experience Buying a new vehicle from Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro. Mike Smith was our salesman and he was excellent. Excellent is probably an understatement. Mr. Smith was very accomodating and spent several weeks calling/texting with me prior to the purchase. I highly recommend Both the Dealer and Mr. Smith to anyone interested in a new/used vehicle.

I hit a deer and my car was not driveable. I thought it could be repaired but insurance totaled it out. I panicked and wasn't sure what I would do. I only had the car for a year and didn't know if I would be able to get one without going through a lot of hassle. I had made a promise to "That guy" Hobert Whitehead, if I ever needed another car, I would contact him. He told me he would do everything he could to help me if I came to him. And he kept his word!!
