I bought my van at another dealership. It was a dodge caravan. I had to have some minor things done to it & had to take it to Tim Short in Middlesboro. The service guy named Dewayne was very nice & polite to me. I needed a new key & a few other things. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly
Customer service was amazing. Wilkie stayed all evening to help us find our dream car. We didnt roll off the lot till almost 1 1/2 hrs after closing. He never got hateful (and im super picky so i know i was a pain). These people went above and beyond to get us the price and payments we wanted i would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!! Thanks Wilkie i love our Buick Enclave!!!
I have never received such respect and good customer service as we did yesterday. The salesmen, manager, office personnel all were absolutely outstanding to us. Stayed 2 hours past closing to get us in our new vehicle. Will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. Gary and Kevin thanks!!!!
