RecommendedYou are updating lots of things there. The railings going into apartments really need replacing too. Especially for the older people going in there! The railings are hanging by threads! Hope that is in the future repairs😍
I and my family are happy to live here ... a quiet and cozy place. the staff in the office are very nice, professional and very helpful and the maintenance group is very effective.

Friendly office staff and reliable maintenance staff. Roughly five minutes to any business, roughly ten or so to reach downtown GR with light traffic; very convenient location.

i love the space in my apartment! I'm on the ground floor so it's perfect to take my dog out. The office staff is prompt and just awesome. I like that it feels like a home, not just another apartment complex.

My in-laws have lived here for over 25 years and my husband and I have lived here for 10+ years. The office and maintenance staff is exceptional. They are very friendly, attentive, helpful, keep on track with needs and goings on of tenants and the community, and very timely and on top of maintenance both with community and tenant issues. I lived at Timber Ridge for almost 2 years and loved every day. The management team is AWESOME and the amenities are perfect! W/D in unit, enclosed garage and a gym all tucked into a beautiful wooded area--can't beat it! Highly recommend!
