The staff at Timberhill Dental is a joy to work with. For a person that hated going to dentist, this doesn't feel that way. This is more like going home to visit friends. They make you feel welcome and make your visit as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Black and the staff for making a visit to the dentist a truly pleasant experience!
Incredibly pleasant, warm and attentive staff. Very little staff turnover, so it is clear Dr. Black treats his employees well. He is very thorough, uses the latest technology to minimize pain and cost, and is thoughtful about providing you a range of treatment options (he does not presume that you can always afford the 'Cadillac' treatment option, though that is presented as part of the overview). Dr. Black and his team at Timberhill Dental go above and beyond in both patient care and comfort. All of the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly to work with. I went through a multi-year treatment plan with them and am extremely satisfied with the results. I recommend this office to my friends any time there is a chance to do so! I have been going to Dr. Black for 10 years. He is very good with making your teeth look and feel in top shape. He is very considerate and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist. Anne is a wonderful dental hygienists and very careful with the way she cleans each and every tooth. I didn't have dental insurance and they offered me a program that is affordable! We have been patients of Dr. Black and his staff for eight years. Dr Black and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional and at the same time, with their great attitudes and personalities, make going the the dentist almost fun. The office is clean and bright, the dental chairs all face out of windows to the garden which is a nice calming experience. Visiting the dentist for any reason is not my idea of a great time. Dr. Black and his incredible team almost make me change my mind. Almost because no matter how great the doctor and the team are, they are in my mouth! The staff is welcoming and very good at putting you at ease.
