I have financed a lot of homes in my life and dealt with many finance companies. Pacific Residential Mortgage Co. was by far the most professional, thorough and personal than any of the previous companies I used. Timm Ready always had the answers to my questions but he also took the time to explain the reason why. I am probably not done buying homes as I tend to move a lot, but I will not have to look for another financial lending company.

Timm, Sonja, and their team made the entire loan process painless and seamless! For buyers like us who aren’t familiar with the terminology and all of the moving parts of obtaining a mortgage loan, this process can feel very overwhelming, but they made sure to walk us through the steps and take all of the pressure out of the equation. Not only did everything go off without a hitch, we actually closed a few days early and got into our new house earlier than originally scheduled. A+ Experience!
