Timothy was incredible! As first-time home buyers we were planning on going with our bank for our mortgage although it was suggested to "shop around". We filled out an application and Timothy contacted us within a few hours to touch base, introduce himself, and to teach us the process. Timothy was available at a moments notice at all times for us.
