We have a very complicated property of multiple parcels and Tim did a great job of carefully following up on every aspect of the reverse mortgage. We tried another firm initially and although they were a big, well recommended company they failed miserably. Tim took over and guided us through the many steps needed for the complicated paperwork. I recommend Tim highly.

Tim and team were amazing. Tim went more than the extra mile for me. He drove 2 hours, to my house, multiple times and closed during the Christmas holidays. My loan was not typical or easy, but Tim never stopped working on it. He is definately the best!!!
