Wait time incredibly frustrating. Spent 4 hrs having 3 cavities filled (2 of which were "simple"). 3 hrs for initial cleaning and exam, family member spent 6hrs onc day, 4hrs the next. The office needs some serious scheduling Quality Improvement projects.The other issue is now multiple times they print off detailed itemized bill ahead of time, but then change (i.e. add items) afterward that were not clearly discussed, and then we were called later about yet another change to the bill. My last visit, to fill one cavity and put on two crowns - felt very rushed. It was late in the day, Dr. Moore was running behind, and we were in the office until almost 7pm. Both of the crowns are too tight in my mouth - they are butted solid up against the teeth on both sides at the top, but have gaps below. As a result, I'm getting lots of food particles stuck down between my new crowns/teeth at the gum line.
