I've been going to Dr. Tim's practice for over 20yrs. Dr. Tim and his staff can't retire!!! Their professionalism, expertise, and overall kindness is why I have stayed put not to mention the great smile that they have given me!!
It was awesome! Tim is great and eased my nerves.
After a 5 year lack of dental treatment, I was not looking forward to my visit. No scolding, no tongue clucking, no telling me how bad my teeth needed cleaning. The hygienist was personable, gave me preview information of what the dentist was going to tell me and why, and provided me with suggestions and tools to keep my teeth clean. The needed repair work was explained in detail, shown to me on monitors and the cost was clearly itemized so there would be no surprises.
You all have been so patient with me and now my family is getting to know you too! Thank you for your helpfulness and kindness. You have no idea given passed experience what a change you are all making!
A when I tell people my dentist is a magician the response is typically "so is mine." I say "No, he is literally a magician. If he has time and you ask, Dr. Moore WILL do a magic trick for you.
