Tim and his team made the home buying experience a breeze. I am a real estate agent who bought a home for myself, while I was focusing on the contract and negotiations Tim made sure everything went smoothly on my loan. This was a very seamless process and we were able to close in only 3 weeks while other loan officers were telling me it would be at least 4-5. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing or refinancing to give Tim a chance to earn your business and see what he can offer you.

I was referred to Tim through my realtor and Tim was fantastic. This was my first home purchase so I did not know anything. Tim explained the process was available to talk on weekends and evenings, or if he couldn’t at that moment he made himself available when you were. I didn’t physically meet Tim with how busy my life style was. We did everything through email, text and call and it worked so well. We closed on the house in less than a month with Tim and his team.
