I’m really pleased with the engraving on my gifts and couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail. He took the time to help me choose a more suitable font when the one I had originally picked didn’t quite look right, which I really appreciated. He apologised for the wait as he was covering a different store to his usual one, but I honestly didn’t mind waiting at all.
