I had some trouble with the photo machine (Friday 28 Nov at approx 5pm) and the person working in the store was so so helpful, a total credit to your company and helped me solve the issues I was having.

Harry was so kind as I only brought my watch for battery change. He discovered that the winner used to set the time on was missing. He took his time on Friday 21/11 to order it and said to me to bring it back on Monday 24/11 to fit it in. He is having the heart for what he do as he even fixed the non moving horns to make it 100% working. I am happy, very happy and wishes the last Timpson who fitted my battery could have been honest if he broke the winning round thing. I bought my watch in 2001 I cherish it😌😌
