Suraj was very attentive and responsive to my needs. He was just going on a break when I arrived, but he opened up the shop again so I didn’t have to wait. Then he had to look hard for a sole to match the shape of my shoe and he went above and beyond to get something that actually worked. He was exactly what you want in terms of someone providing a service. He really couldn’t do enough to meet my needs. I was very impressed and having picked up my shoes, I left completely satisfied.

Got keys cut at Canterbury Morrisons branch, but when tested didn’t work properly; went to Sainsbury’s branch where the staff member identified them as having been cut too deep and provided replacements which on testing worked perfectly.
