My car key literally fell apart in Morrisons car park so went to Timpsons. Charles was lovely tho very busy his customer service was friendly and helpful. Timpsons have got themselves a gem!

Charles was brilliant today at the Timpsons in Morrisons, Totton! He had great customer service and got my key cut nice and quickly. He also went above and beyond and straightened a key for me too. Would 100% recommend coming to see him 😊

Charles resoled and heeled a favourite pair of boots of mine. He was a delight to deal with , very polite and the boots were ready within 24 hours which was far quicker than I was expecting. He also took the time to give me a quick call to tell me they were ready. Establish
