Alan was friendly, helpful and assisted me on printing photos as I wasn't sure how to use the machines
I had some boots that needed the insole replaced and fixed down so I popped down and the guy had them fixed within the hour and the job he did was better than the actual manufacturer of the shoe in question. Very reasonably priced also.
Busy wee shop in Irvine! Was in for a watch battery. Alan was run off his feet at the time but managed to fit and seal my watch in 30mins or so? Good job but is it worth the price? (which was more than some watch specialist would charge for the same service)
The gentleman is really kind and helpful. We used the service several times, he always helped with a smile, even though I often have difficulty understanding the language.
