I had an excellent experience at Timpson today. They fixed a broken zip for me quickly and professionally, and incredibly didn’t charge me at all. The service was not only efficient but genuinely friendly, which really made my day. Dave and Liam were both fantastic — approachable, helpful, and clearly take pride in their work and customer service. Dave at Timpson sorted me out with some spare keys and took the time to explain why the newer Ultion keys can only be done in a certain way. Highly appreciated the extra customer service from him

Was quoted £120 elsewhere to fix my wife’s engagement ring after she caught the stone and popped it out. Took it to Timson’s at Asda in Stafford. He said all the arms were still in tact and that he could try and fix there and then as a result. Only took him a minute and he didn’t even charge me. Great and very honest service from a very friendly attendant.
