Dave at Timpson sorted me out with some spare keys and took the time to explain why the newer Ultion keys can only be done in a certain way. Highly appreciated the extra customer service from him
Was quoted £120 elsewhere to fix my wife’s engagement ring after she caught the stone and popped it out. Took it to Timson’s at Asda in Stafford. He said all the arms were still in tact and that he could try and fix there and then as a result. Only took him a minute and he didn’t even charge me. Great and very honest service from a very friendly attendant.
Dave helped me get some spare keys sorted for my first car, was helpful and efficient, had a great chat, highly recommend :)

Rip off! I went in to buy a new van key fob. Just needed the shell. No key cutting, circuit board or battery etc, just the shell. Tried charging me £50. I went on Amazon and bought the exact same one for £7.50. £50 for an unbranded shell is a joke. The key fob that just broke is less than a year old and bought from the same place. That time I had the key cut etc done for me. £50 for something that obviously isn't even good quality for it to brake within a year.
