I had an excellent experience at Timpson today. They fixed a broken zip for me quickly and professionally, and incredibly didn’t charge me at all. The service was not only efficient but genuinely friendly, which really made my day. Dave and Liam were both fantastic — approachable, helpful, and clearly take pride in their work and customer service.
