I took my ice watch and new strap which I bought from their website to your outlet in Sainsbury’s gatthdee Aberdeen, it came with no instructions how to fit it but your employees Joe and his colleague were so helpful Joe fitted it which I don’t think was an easy job for him and I left very happy and impressed by the service I got I couldn’t thank them enough , if you give out gold stars your team in garthdee deserve them they are a.
