I took my ice watch and new strap which I bought from their website to your outlet in Sainsbury’s gatthdee Aberdeen, it came with no instructions how to fit it but your employees Joe and his colleague were so helpful Joe fitted it which I don’t think was an easy job for him and I left very happy and impressed by the service I got I couldn’t thank them enough , if you give out gold stars your team in garthdee deserve them they are a. Credit to your company.

Nicola was so unbelievably helpful. Best customer service experience I have had in so long. She is an absolute credit to your team. I have a store more local to me but will be travelling to use the Sainsbury’s Aberdeen store from now on. She removed links in my watch while I waited and I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes.
