Nicola was so unbelievably helpful. Best customer service experience I have had in so long. She is an absolute credit to your team. I have a store more local to me but will be travelling to use the Sainsbury’s Aberdeen store from now on. She removed links in my watch while I waited and I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes.
