I came to your timpson in Tesco today with my young nephew. The lady (Lorraine)was there to help and it was a difficult thing I had to do. My nephew is only 12 he was choosing a picture for his mums funeral. He was so angry and upset but Lorraine was so kind gentle and caring with him she really was a calming source for leuan. Thank you so much Lorraine what a credit to timpson you are

I came in for passport pictures the young lady in the timpson was already helping another lady do her passport form online so I was cheeky and asked if she could help with mine. She never hesitated in helping honestly it was done within a few minutes and no extra cost thank you so much it helped me hugely

Fantastic service lady in Tesco timpson park road helped my mother with gluing her shoe for free. My mum got in a state and she said take a seat and glued her shoe for her. Thank you

I had my grandsons passport picture taken today in your Timpson in Tesco, the young lady I believe is Lorraine was kind patient and exceptionally good with him. My grandson is very hyper active and struggles with doing things he’s meant to. But she literally had the patience of a saint and the photo got passed online. Thank you to her only wish all places and staff were as calming as she was
