I had my grandsons passport picture taken today in your Timpson in Tesco, the young lady I believe is Lorraine was kind patient and exceptionally good with him. My grandson is very hyper active and struggles with doing things he’s meant to. But she literally had the patience of a saint and the photo got passed online. Thank you to her only wish all places and staff were as calming as she was
