I visited the Timpson branch inside Morrisons Bedford for a new car key blade and received very friendly and professional service. The man even came out with me to check the key worked in the door before charging me. I highly recommend this store and will return here in the future.

I can't thank Ollie enough for fixing a broken part inside my automatic gate access key. His colleagues at another Timpson branch suggested I would try another branch where they have a soldering iron. Needless to say their advice proved correct and within minutes I was able to have a fully functioning key again. Ollie was very professional,friendly and caring. Thank you!
