Thought I needed a replacement battery, however, it was due to impact against the screen that was causing the watch not to work! Russell was very pleasant, and fixed the watch without charge. Great service

Just want to do a massive shout out to Reece from the Bluewater branch. He took the time to talk through the engraving options on the back of my son’s watch. It was all done while we killed some time at the trampoline park. He’s made a really nice job of it- and managed to get the whole of my son’s name on it. Really helpful service and super reasonably priced. Really happy, thanks Reece.
