I needed an engraved plaque on a plinth for a model I had painted for a friend. Callum was very helpful. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me my options, including what the text would look like on the engraved plaque. Very happy, thank you.

Exceptional service from Callum who took his time to enquire whether he could get a non-stocked key blade for my car key fob. These were subsequently ordered and delivered to store promptly. Fantastic communication throughout and key cut to perfection. Dry-cleaned suit also came back looking like new. A fantastic experience throughout.
