Came into the Timpsons at Morrisons Five Lane Ends last week to get some new heels on my shoes. The young man who was working Tom was so lovely, and put a new heel on very promptly as I shopped as I was in a rush, he was in training and said to bring them back if there were any issues but he’s done an excelllent job, very happy with the service from both himself and his manager who was also very nice

Went to one Timpsons store but the machine was not working, went to the one in Morrisons idle. Lovely lady and did my service for free, exceptional customer service, these were my birthday shoes as well, very happy!
