Excellent service from start to finish! I took my watch in for repair and was really impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. The lady were friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. We had a chat about Swiss watches as both have passion for collecting. My watch was repaired perfectly and looks as good as new. The service was also quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable watch repair service!

Got to say that this shop and the manager Maija has the best, BEST customer service and care. Had a key cut at Sherborne shop and unfortunately it didn't work. Took it back and the man said there is nothing he can do as it's a copy out of already copied key. I risked and tried to have it cut again in Yeovil. Maija didn't say no, cut me a new key and apologised for little inconvenience caused. Went home, and the new key works absolutely fine. Thank you Maija . I hope you will keep shining like a star you are
