Very professional and prompt service. Explained everything in small detail about the key I enquired and what us the lead time. The lady had ordered me a specialist key and the lad cut it for me today. Excellence at it's finest

Got to say that this shop and the manager Maija has the best, BEST customer service and care. Had a key cut at Sherborne shop and unfortunately it didn't work. Took it back and the man said there is nothing he can do as it's a copy out of already copied key. I risked and tried to have it cut again in Yeovil. Maija didn't say no, cut me a new key and apologised for little inconvenience caused. Went home, and the new key works absolutely fine. Thank you Maija . I hope you will keep shining like a star you are
