What a lovely young man you have in barnwood. Taking the time to help me print a photograph. It's not the first time he has done it for me, always happy to help with a warm smile

I just want to say thanks to the guy with glasses and a bow tie, he glued my shoes and didn't charge and gave my son a Chelsea key which has made his day. Many thanks

I was served by Ashley the manager, he was so helpful and polite, and should be a comedian, I haven't laughed so much in ages.

Business response:

Your positive feedback about Ashley means a lot. We will pass along your kind words to him and the team at Timpson.

Should be 5 star review: not sure why came out as 4.7! Really helpful staff member Timpson Sainsburys Barnwood. Took the time to lock the kiosk for a minute and walk out to car park to test new car key. Most reassuring.
