Brilliant customer service, Keith was extremely helpful and very friendly. Needed a bunch of keys for our new house doors and they are cut perfectly and are exactly what we wanted 10/10 would recommend Timpsons shop next to Tesco. Will recommend to friends and family 100%. Great experience and service!

Had an excellent experience at Dumfries Cuckoo Bridge Timpsons. I had some unusual keys to get cut and Keith looked after me brilliantly. Clearly very good at his job and eager to do his best, very pleased with the service and he was a very friendly character to boot. I don’t usually leave reviews but he earned it today!
