Excellent service provided by Kris, who was very pleasant, polite and helpful. I took a pair of boots that needed the heels repairing. Kris told me the cost and that it would take 20 minutes, which gave me the chance to do the shopping in Sainsburys. On my return the work was completed to a high standard and the boots were ready in a bag for me to collect.

Have to leave a special thanks to the lady from Scotland at Timpson Near Sainsbury in Preston. She is truly talented. I was told I would have to replace my original car key but she serviced for absolutely free of charge giving it a deep clean, and now it's suddenly working again! We had previously also serviced it from Timpson, but it is definitely working better now!!! I think this is the reason I always keep going back to Timpson. The lovely lady in Timpsons today fixed my necklace, an issue I’ve been having for months. Extremely quickly and expertly. I’ve been to this location a few times, they’re always super helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!!!

Today a employee named Kris helped me with fixing my broken golden watch, it took him a week but i finally got it and it works better than ever. Wanted to give him a tip but i changed my mind. Great worker will visit this shop more often!
