Gary was so helpful and friendly I couldn’t have asked for better service. He is an excellent example of someone who is upholding the values of the original company. He even cleaned my ancient fountain pen for me! That was truly unexpected and helpful.

The Stirling (Port Street) store keeps a consistently high standard. Always extremely helpful, always cheerful & the quality of their work and their excellent service is wonderful, compared to other retail establishments. The guys actually care. Never let the big guy go. I know he has been there for 20 odd years!!!!!
