The lady that took our passport pictures in the Livingston store, her name might have been Tracey, was absolutely lovely, very patient, helpful and professional. I had a toddler and a 14 year old with special needs in a wheelchair and she was wonderful with them. Such a credit to the company. Thank you so much.

My phone wouldn’t allow me to print off a photo. Tracey at Timmons Livingston came to my aid by using her phone and skills to print it off. Having then chosen a frame and very kindly fitted the photo in the frame for me. Excellent customer sery

Just picked my Timberland boots up from the Livingston shop and I’m delighted, they look as good as new. Andy is a magician, he resolved them, fixed the zips and also the leather trims inside the boots. Highly recommend them for anyone looking rindaverheir much loved footwear 🫶👏👏

Went in for a new car key as buttons not working despite being looked at other shops. Livingstone checked battery and found previous batteries put in were the wrong type
