My dad had taken my shoes to get repaired. They needed new heels but instead they just ground down the damaged area and replaced the bit at the end, resulting in heels with two completely different heights. I'm going to have to take them somewhere else and get the fixed properly because this is just unwearable and, frankly, silly. It only cost £10, but naturally, I'd be happier to pay more for a decent job instead of £10 to make the shoes worse than before.

Took my long horse riding boots in today after both zips had popped when I had a fall a few months ago and broke my leg. Shaun is an asset to the company - Couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Thanks again :)

The staff are fantastically helpful. One staff member advised me not to have a pair of shoes repaired because repair would not be cost-effective. On another trip. I asked about the John Timpson book and they lent it to me to read and return. They did a good job fixing a troublesome zip as well.

I put my Radley Watch in to get repaired ( new face) but due to Lockdown it was going to take longer than originally quoted. Staff were very helpful .First class service, great price & staff are always very knowledgeable & friendly. I would highly recommend Timpsons & i wont go anywhere else for watch repairs, batteries, key cutting or shoe repairs .Thanks!
