Louis in leadenhall market has been very helpful with re healing my sandals. By putting on tougher heel soul. I had to back today for a different issue and he was so helpful and glued the platform back together that had come apart. He’s a lovely & helpful employee

Anthony was a great help, walked in with broken glasses after a dumbbell fell on them in the gym. Although it’s not a service provided he helped and fixed the glasses few of charge. Lifesaver!

Alfie and Louis were great to deal with and my shoes came out perfect. I was attending a charity ball so Louis polished my shoes at no cost so I was able to make a larger donation
