Gianluca went out of his way to fix my wife's watch strap. Not an easy task yet his undefeatable attitude was exemplary. What a Guy.

Timpon’s and their customers are extremely lucky to have Mr Gialuca, aka the the Italian Guy here for us. It’s difficult to think how he could be more helpful. He’s always looking for a solution. A skilled craftsman able to turn his hand to numerous areas. Most recently he resurrected some much used RM Williams boots for me. Great interpersonal skills; I’ve watched him deal with difficult customers with ease leaving them feeling good.
