I went to Roborough Timpson today lady with pink hair served me . I need get my car key sorted button woren off wasn’t working properly electronically . I did my shopping came she get electronics sorted for me but she was amazing , friendly & extremely helpful she was an Angel 😇 . I feel deserves medal putting up with me yes 🙌 I’m so happy I got my car key sorted . I not been able lock it for days she deserves a customer service awards how amazing she is . Excellent service. Have previously had two watches that needed battery replacement which were undertaken under the lifetime guarantee so decided to take another watch that needed a replacement battery and also one of the original watches that needed a new strap back to the same shop.. The battery replacement was undertaken under the lifetime guarantee but I was advised that the replacement straps supplied were a lot thicker than my Skagen strap and that it would be advisable to contact Skagen regarding the replacement strap.... read more
