Excellent service. Have previously had two watches that needed battery replacement which were undertaken under the lifetime guarantee so decided to take another watch that needed a replacement battery and also one of the original watches that needed a new strap back to the same shop.. The battery replacement was undertaken under the lifetime guarantee but I was advised that the replacement straps supplied were a lot thicker than my Skagen strap and that it would be advisable to contact Skagen regarding the replacement strap.... read more
