Left in a pair of leather boots for repair 9 days. Paid in advance . Agreement that they would be ready in 4 days. Called back 7 days later not completed and told I would receive a call when ready but never contacted . Called back in again today Monday and boots still not completed. A different customer service gentleman was working today 1st Dec much more helpful & completed the boots in less than 10 minutes!
