I hope the owner knows how wonderful he has as far as employee go I traveled an hour to West Kensington after Gary sent me there to get something greatly done. Everybody is so kind and helpful. Fixed a watch but wasn’t working and customer service was great he issued refund and explained it all and was great!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Romel at Timpson enough! Over the past few months, he has engraved several special items for me, including Tokyo’s dog tag, a key ring, and most recently a Zippo lighter for my birthday. Every item has been engraved perfectly, and I’m always so happy with the results. Romel is an amazing manager—friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work.
