Tina, was very sweet, but the late night calls were not ideal. 9pm the night before closing is not the time to review closing documents. We were unable to use the app because of technical difficulties, which was also frustrating.

Not lying to me along with our Real Estate Agent on closing day. We didn't get our keys until about 1.5 hours after we closed. Also, the keys were not at the location we agreed upon at closing. And then she wouldn't communicate with us as we were trying to locate our keys. Very scary experience.
