This was my second time working with Tina. Went through her for my purchase loan and now again for my refi. She kept me informed and was always available for any questions I had. On the refi, the original title company made an error on my plot number. Tina was quick to get this taken care of to carry on with the refi process. She has gone above and beyond on both loans. I have referred her to others and they have all been very satisfied.
