my daughter had an appointment today at this clinic for a crown, they told me that for anesthesia it would be gas and it was not like that, they never asked me if it was okay to inject anesthesia, the parents wait outside, they do not let you in and we do not know what happens in there, she came out crying and I asked the assistant why you didn't call me if my daughter was crying? minors in a medical consultation must be under the supervision of their parents. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ❌❌❌
So disappointed to have to write a negative review for this office. We have been loyal patients for ten years, both my 12 and 6 year old having been patients from the beginning. When Dr. Dan opened this practice we never once had a negative thing to say and were so happy with the care that had been given. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff working with the kids in the back! I sent an e-mail about my horrible experience 2 weeks ago, and still no response. DO NOT let your kids go in the back without you! I will never go here again! I do not like to leave negative reviews on social media, but it is 100% warranted in this case.
