I spent too many years avoiding the dentist because I was afraid to hear that my teeth were in horrible shape. I never felt that way at Tioga Dental, I only heard what they can do for me! The staff is always so friendly, they ask how you are even when you aren't there to see them, Dr. Brush will stop just to say "Hi" when walking by, and I'm happy to call this my dentist's office. I refer as many people as possible to this office as well!

brittany was my hygienist, very professional, personable, made me feel very comfortable. front desk staff was much friendlier than most, really like the quick attention when I walked in. i use my middle name not my first. brittany asked them to please make note of that in the my chart. if they remember to call me susan instead of laura next time that would be awesome. most doctor offices can't seem to remember. i referred my daughter here, she had a good experience, will send the rest of the family soon. thanks dr potter for... read more

The only thing I didn't like and would like to see improved is the long wait to get appointments - I don't know if it means understaffed or just not enough dentists in the field anymore?

Your staff is amazing and have always provided a warm and welcome environment no matter what procedure I was having that day. They are always concerned about my comfort and ways to make the visit more pleasurable. Changing to your practice has been wonderful.

I think better snacks in the waiting room would help make the visit a little better. Maybe some cupcakes or garlic shrimp.

I was 45 minutes early, and was taken back right away. The benefit of this type of practice is getting to know the medical and surgical staff very well, and the Dental Physicians and associates/assistants all meet in a staff meeting each day to discuss what will be presented each day prior to patients arriving.
