My Osiris rapidly got sick out of the blue and I was so scared she wasn’t going to make it. I called and they got me in the same day as a new client. The vet tech that saw us was so compassionate and sweet handling Osiris with the utmost care. Dr. Low is incredible!! I know she saved my babies life. We can’t thank Dr. Ferguson enough for saving our boy Chester’s life! Dr. Ferguson was not only very knowledgeable - he took his time caring for our cat along with explaining our options for treating his diabetes. He was not only kind enough to answer our 100 questions - he cared enough to follow up with us/him several days after his hospitalization. Even though he’s not crazy that Dr. Ferguson has limited his food to 1-1/2 cans a day - Chester is also very thankful for Dr. Ferguson and all the loving staff at Tipton Ridge. ... read more
Exceptional care and service! They initiated contact with me after Chewy phoned them re: renewal of 2 prescriptions both aimed at treating same condition. "Awareness level" raised!! Canceled auto orders from Chewy. Tipton Ridge adjusted doses on necessary meds; prescribed upon Tech visit. Mani/ Pedi for precious pup!
We had our 2nd experience with Dr.Sharp today. Outstanding is an understatement. His staff were great with our pup. Dr. Sharp took more time to listen, evaluate and discuss the concerns than I could of hoped for. It went from a visit filled with anxiety to peace of mind. From check in to check out excellent care. Really can't say enough good things about our experience. Genuine care... that's rare these days. We will be using him for all of our veterinary needs.
I took my green cheek conure for his first vet visit today. The place was very clean and inviting. I was favorably impressed with the manner of all the staff, especially Dr. Morgan. He was very friendly and professional. He took time to talk to me, without making me feel rushed in any way, even though I am certain he had other clients waiting.
