They came very quickly, and we're upfront about their prices, how long the service would take, and their warranty. They were polite and answered any questions I had.
I called Tipton's in Sunday afternoon with a slight plumbing emergency, and the gentleman that answered explained that if i could wait til morning, i could save money due to out being outside of normal business hours. He said he could have a technician at my house between 7 and 9 AM, which they were. The technicians that came out were very helpful and polite.
